1.1Nature of the framework agreement
This market relates to construction / renovation / maintenance / maintenance / (drainage, floors, roofs, chassis, insulation, completions, plumbing, electricity, heating, ventilation, surroundings, asbestos removal, etc.) intended to allow the contracting authorityto manage his heritage in a prudent and reasonable person in the context of a framework agreement concluded with two economic operators for each lot.
The work will be carried out as the contracting authority needs. The technical prescriptions of the mission, objects of this market,On the technical clauses included in the fourth part of this notebook.
This framework agreement relates to the realization of this work divided into three distinct lots:
• Lot 01: Full work / Prochings
• Lot 02: Electricity / Medical fluid (FM) / Fire detection (DI)
• Lot 03:HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
The contracting authority attracts the attention of tenderers to the fact that the subject of markets based on the framework agreement (type of services, volume of services, etc.) and the rate of their issue, cannot be described at the time of puttingin competition with the framework agreement itself.
