- The Flemish Pensioenfonds wishes to appeal to an actuary to be responsible for the actuarial calculations of the solvency margin, the technical provisions and the dotation for financing the additions to the sickness benefit, as well as the theoretical annual, in principle at the age of 31 December annual grant for the following year, as stipulated in the hereby "Financing Plan Special Liege for the supplement to the sickness benefit for the contractual staff members of the services of the Flemish Government", hereinafter referred to as the Financing Plan Special Liege, that together read with the General Liege financing plan. The actuaris also provides the estimates of the solvency margin and the theoretical facilities for the trimestrial fimis reporting. The actuary ensures that the calculations meet the legal requirements.
