The IAWM is a facility of public interest in accordance with Article 87 of the Decree of 25 May 2009 on the Financial Regulation of the German-speaking Community and acts as a supervisory authority of the ZAWM (Center for education and training of SMEs). The order of the IAWM will be precisely in Article 16 of the Decreets of 16 December 1991 on the training and further education in SMEs and in small and medium-sized enterprises. Due to the diversity of responsibilities, the IAWM is regularly confronted in the general performance of its tasks with transversal legal issues. Among other things, a punctual, general and file-related advice on legal issues in the field of labor and training law is necessary. The tasks of the Contractor are the statement of the legal situation and proposing potential solutions in concrete cases or files, the legally justified answering of general issues and the legal assessment of text designs and adopted in the field of employment or training law.
