This assignment includes the following audit and advisory services: - Section 1: the auditor's mandate for the non-profit organization VVOB, for the period 2026 - 2028, as well as the performance of any service reserved for the auditor, pursuant to the law (Code of Companies and Associations, etc.) or the articles of association, such as preparing reports. - Part 2: audit of the specific projects implemented abroad, for the period 2026-2028, financed by the General Directorate of the Cooperative for Development and Humanitarian Aid, within the multi-annual programs, hereinafter 'DGD program audits' (Cambodia, Ecuador, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Vietnam, Zambia, South Africa, etc.). - Part 3: o if applicable, audits of specific sponsored projects, for the period 2026-2028, carried out abroad (VVOB is currently active in Cambodia, Ecuador, Kenya, Uganda, Vietnam, Zambia, Tanzania, Ghana, Malawi and South Africa) and hereinafter referred to as 'audit services for other donor projects'; o where applicable, preparing annual financial statements at country level, for the period 2026-2028, for the country offices (Cambodia, Ecuador, Kenya, Uganda, Vietnam, Zambia, Tanzania, Ghana, South Africa, etc.) and hereinafter referred to as 'financial statements at country level'; o if applicable, tailor-made advice in the areas of (non-exhaustive list): finance, internal control, organizational development, HR, legal, taxation, etc., both in Belgium and the partner countries.
