- Description:
- The subject of the market for market procedure is the supply of reinforcements to ensure the maintenance and renewal of assets on our public lighting network. The goal of the market is to conclude a framework agreement with two economic operators in single sourcing for lots from 1 to 15 With, for each of the lots, a reserve contractor. For the batch of 1 to 15, a cascade framework agreement with the first 2 bidders classified according to the award criteria will be assigned. Only the bid classified first according to the award criteria will be considered as Active contractor. The other tenderer (ranked second) will be considered as a reserve contractor. His contract can only be activated in the event of failure of the active contractor (principle of the cascade). Consequently, the defaulting contractor, in accordance with the office measures Planned in the AR of 01/14/2013 establishing the general rules for the execution of public procurement, will see its contract, for the said framework agreement, terminated, for the rest of the duration of the framework agreement.
