Description:
The Assignment entails a complete architectural assignment (design and follow-up of the implementation) with regard to the renovation project intended by the contracting authority, including all required performance in terms of architecture, stability, techniques, EPB, coordination, etc. He will be responsible for the developing the specifications for the public works contract(s) to be executed and assisting and guiding the Contracting Authority in the broadest sense in conducting the award procedure(s) for these government contract(s) and their implementation.
