- The municipality of Nieuwerkerken (contracting authority) wishes to proceed to renovation and expansion of the community center in Kozen.
The contracting authority wishes to pay attention to making it more sustainable Building with attention to the character that the building has within the village view.
For example, the library disappeared and the contracting authority wishes to provide the building with a part specifically intended for childcare. A commemoration of the program and intended (shared) spaces is paramount in the renovation.
All required performance on architecture, stability, techniques, EPB and safety coordination are included in the assignment. The designer will act as a leading official i.k.v. (the public contract for) the implementation of the relevant
work. He will be responsible for the elaboration of the specifications for the public contract to be carried out for work and assist and supervise the contracting authority in the broadest sense When conducting the placement procedure for this public contract.
