The building isLocated on Julius Vuyl Stekelaan 6-14. According to the Land Registry, the site is known as: Antwerp 13th department, section N, 870g.
Next to the building that forms the object of this assignment is a parking hill (G6). This semi -underground parking hill will, according to the vision of the Europark Master Plan,must disappear in the future. Because of the uncertainty about the financing of the above-ground parking buildings, this assignment includes one fixed and one conditional part:

- Conditional part: the assignment for demolition and reconstruction ofHalf an underground parking garage G6
Unless otherwise stated, all provisions in the specifications apply to the fixed and conditional part.
