- Childcare De Pagadder is a licensed and subsidized daycare with 88 income-related places, where children from 0 months to 3 years are welcomed with open arms. Today, Childcare De Pagadder works from two locations in Marke — one in the Kloosterstraat and one in Marktstraat — where there are a total of six living groups divided by age. There are 2 living groups with children from 0 to 18 months, two with children from 18 months to 24 months and two living groups with children older than 24. month The contracting authority aims to bring these two locations together on one new, future-oriented site in Marke. For this purpose, an existing group of 9 assisted living homes will be completely transformed and renovated into a residential one childcare environment. The assignment covers the entire process from measurement and design to design and supervision of the renovation works. Special attention is paid to the functional spaces that are essential in contemporary childcare: living groups, rest and care areas and supporting infrastructure. The ultimate goal is to create a warm, homely environment that matches the vision of De Pagadder Childcare. This creates a safe and secure place for the children, and a pleasant, high-quality working environment for the supervisors.
