The works involve building facilities for installing 6 radar installations. The facilities consist of 4 permanent towers, 1 temporary tower and 1 base frame in which and on which the radar installations can be installed at a later stage. apply. The radar installations themselves and their installation are not part of this assignment. The locations of radar installations are as follows: • 3 towers with public viewing platform o Near De Wallen sports park in Burcht o At the Kruibeke ferry in Kruibeke o Near Hemiksem Abbey Park • 1 tower without public viewing platform o Near Fort 8 in Hoboken • 1 temporary tower o Near the future Scheldt Bridge in Antwerp • 1 basic frame o On the roof of the Restaurant Aan de Stroom (RAS) in Antwerp The works mainly include: • Coordinating the entire assignment; • The site layout and preparation of the necessary sites for construction; • Providing and installing the necessary signaling and diversion routes; • Breaking up any hard surfaces; • It removal of parts that cannot be retained; • Foundation works • Concrete works; • Removing demolition material outside the domain of the contracting authority; • Carrying out the necessary earthwork, excavations and additions, if any temporary storage and removal of all surplus mortar outside the construction site, taking into account all applicable laws and regulations; • Manufacturing and installing the new facilities (steel structure...
