- The works mainly include: • Selectively demolishing / breaking up and / or dismantling expropriating homes with appurbs / outbuildings and cleaning up areas; • The houses and the outbuildings available on the indicated sites are completely selective. After the works, nothing is left on the site. The sites are brought at ground level and, at the request of the leading official, sown. This also includes various other elements that are not listed below not-limitatively: o emptying wells, cellars, fuel tanks and lacal bins; o Demolition and removal of bricks, concrete, wooden or steel buildings (houses, stables, chalets, etc.) including all above -ground and underground parts; o Filling with adapted brickwork of all cavities of buildings to be preserved; o All waste must be removed to recognized landfills or recognized processing installations, this must be certified; o Removal of driving and non -moving caravans; o All waste and demolition material must be removed outside the grounds of or managed by De Vlaamse Waterweg NV.
