- The contract aims to appoint a service provider responsible for: - The installation, rental, programming and maintenance of: • Radio frequency distributors and integrator meters • Radio frequency passing cold water and hot water meters including isolation valves and non-return valves. • Radio frequency data collectors and provision of indexes, recorded monthly by these devices and transferred by them to a secure remote server. - Index readings for all types of meters provided by the service provider. - The establishment annual statements of consumption charges based on indexes recorded remotely by the service provider and cost tables transmitted by the HBMs. - Access to a web portal for monitoring consumption and dynamic analysis of consumption and anomalies. in a group of buildings including the Client is the owner and all of which are located at 1210 Saint-Josse-ten-Noode for a period of 10 (ten) years. This duration is motivated by the amortization duration of the equipment and the lifespan of the lithium battery. Excluded from this contract are cold water meters. belonging to the Brussels Intercommunal Water Distribution and Sanitation (private or common).
