Object of the services: Appointment of a project author within the framework of the energy and architectural renovation of the sports hall of the two Haines. Place of provision of the service: 1 Rue des Longues Haies, 7100 Haine-Saint-Paul This contract is divided in 8 phases:• Phase 1: Energy auditof the building with report, architectural sketch and estimated budget of the work• Phase 2: Establishment of the preliminary project file• Phase 3: Establishment of the planning permit file and submission of the permit application to the administration• Phase 4: Establishment of the works contract: production of measurements, drafting of the works specifications, for tendering • Phase 5: Award of the works contract(s), establishment of the analysis report of the works contract offers accompanied by a proposal for a decision of attribution to the attention of the Adjudicating Powerator• Phase 6: Management, monitoring and control of the execution of the works• Phase 7: Provisional acceptance of the works • Phase 8: Final acceptance of the worksThis contract is divided into tranches:• Contract tranche n1: Firm tranche: comprising the phase 1: Energy audit of the building with reportt, architectural sketch and estimated budget of the works• Market tranche n2: Conditional tranche 1: including phase 2: Establishment of the preliminary project file• Market tranche n3: Conditional tranche 2: comprising phase 3 : Establishment of the urban planning permit file and...
