Description:
The asbl Maison de la Solidarite de Mons Wallonie-Picarde aims to provide the various entities of the Solidaris Group (Mutualite & asbl) with the spaces necessary for their proper functioning and deployment). The Solidaris infrastructure/maintenance service aims to to ensure preventive and curative maintenance but also various repair and reconditioning work on the Group's real estate and furniture on the Mouscron-Mons axis. This service currently occupies a relay hall in the Polaris zoning located in the Peruwelz and Beloeil entities. In order to to settle there permanently, MSMWP acquired the plot Lot 13 with a capacity of 49a 44ca, located Rue Plein Vent in 7600 Peruwelz. This project authorship contract aims at the design of a building dedicated to this service, which will be built on this plot.
