• Appointment of a multidisciplinary team whose mission is to assist the contracting authority in its process of prospecting and selecting the future Brussels administrative headquarters of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation This special notebook of charges constitutes a public service contract relating to the appointment of a multidisciplinary team to assist the contracting authority in its process of prospecting and selecting a building meeting the operational, technical and strategic strategies of the Ministry of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation for its future Brussels headquarters. Certain services: This team will be required to: 1) Analyze and advise the contracting authority in choosing the most appropriate procedural path and more secure in selecting your future building; 2) Draft the documents necessary for prospecting and/or competitive bidding in accordance with the procedural method chosen; 3) Support in the analysis of offers and the formulation of proposals selection/attribution to the Government Procedural hypotheses: The preliminary study (analysis and advice) concerns at least the following hypotheses, which do not constitute options, variants or lots within the meaning of public procurement legislation: - Drafting a call for expressions of interest; - Drafting a public works contract; - The drafting of any relevant alternative procedure duly motivated by the successful bidder in his methodological note and validated by the Power adjudicator.
