- Ariadne plans the realization of a phased new construction for the Psychiatric Nursing Home (PVT) Nieuwemeers on the campus in Lede. The project fits within the updated master plan and the healthcare strategic plan 2025-2030 and aims to respond to current and future challenges within mental health care, in particular the socialization of care and the increasing complexity of residential care. The existing PVT Nieuwemeers was put into use in 1998 and is functional and satisfactory conceptually no longer meets contemporary healthcare visions and future needs. The new building aims to provide a sustainable and flexible infrastructure that provides maximum support for recovery-oriented care. Considering existing buildings in use should be demolished, the demolition and construction works will have to be done in phases. This selection guide only provides a general and preliminary description of the subject of the assignment. The assignment will be further described in the specifications in the second phase of the placement procedure. The contracting authority reserves the right to deviate from the provisions of these selection guidelines.
