Description:
The municipality of Waasmunster is looking for a designer to design the top floor of the Manta building as a police station. The technical service of the municipality of Waasmunster is currently housed on the ground floor of the Manta building and the underlying warehouses. The top floor of the Manta building is a shell space and should be equipped as a police station. This must take into account: - the general regulations regarding office furnishings - the specific regulations regulations for police services - the operation of the technical service that is now in the building (police and technical service of the municipality of Waasmunster must be completely separated) - accessibility (entrances, emergency exits, disabled persons...) - parking options - ... The police zone has drawn up a feasibility study in which the space requirements are listed in detail. The contractor will have to be responsible for: the complete layout of the design (in a highly participatory process with municipality of Waasmunster and the police zone) - the preparation and submission of the environmental application - the preparation of the cost estimate - the preparation of the tender file for the works - the preparation of the implementation file - the co-organization of the tenders - checking the quotations and drawing up advice on awarding the contract, including price checks and price justifications, drawing up an award report - supervising the implementation...
