Description:
Expanding the existing building “de Biemer” with 19 additional residential units and associated collective and care support spaces. There will be 3 additional studios on the ground floor and 16 additional studios on floor 1. There will also be limited renovations are required on the ground floor and the technologies (heating) are linked. The existing buildings have already been provided for the realization of a first floor (i.e. foundations, elevator shaft and space for the construction of a staircase). The plans of the existing situation and the talking picture will be made available at the start of phase 2 (briefing and site visit). The ground floor will remain in operation while the works are being carried out. 12 people with disabilities live here.
