This assignment concerns an occasional joint assignment cf. Article 48 of the law of 17 June 2016 on public public procurement in which WM Elan and police zone Mira act together as a contracting authority and in which WM Elan is charged with the management of the placement procedure.
The project area is situatedOn Blokkestraat 27- 27A in 8550 Zwevegem
The purchase of this site was an opportunity for both organizations to revalue it as a new office site. The proximity is an added value since there are also functional links.
However, one construction project is chosen in function ofthe coherence and coordination.
The subject of the assignment concerns a complete architecture assignment including all studies, techniques, EPB and ventilation reporting and acoustics (but with the exception of the safety coordinator and other disciplines not specifically indicated).
theDesign task consists of the thorough renovation/adaptation of the existing building into a contemporary and future -proof working environment.
Special attention is paid to creating comfortable and pleasant office spaces, providing climate -neutral and flexible/adaptablebuilding.
The Police and WM Elan function as two separate entities.
