- Renovation of 145 social homes in Mechelen. After renovation, all homes must meet the 2050 objectives, which means that they must obtain an EPC label A. All outer shells (such as roof, facades, windows and doors) become critical viewed. The technical installations are also being tackled. To meet the 2050 standards, the homes must be evaluated. WMR will make an initial start on this, after which it will be determined whether additional adjustments are necessary. The minimum Works requested by Woonmaatschappij Rivierenland are explained in Part III technical provisions. The plan layout of the house will also be checked and adjusted if necessary so that they comply with the design guidelines of Wonen in Flanders. The address list of the affected units is highlighted under the technical provisions section. The project team is responsible, among other things, for the study and follow-up of architecture, stability, techniques, EPB reporting (incl. EPC certificates). and ventilation reporting. Safety coordination is not part of the project team. The safety coordinator is appointed separately by the client. Not every member of the project team is required for all addresses.
