- Appointment of design team for new construction of 32 residential entities in Berlaar This concerns a government contract for the contracting of services, the subject of which is the spatial and architectural study for a new building located along Walter Luytenplein and Gasbakstraat, plot 67, 68 and 69. In addition to the architectural assignment, the following services are delivered: special techniques study (including energy audit, fire protection, acoustics study,...), stability study, energy performance study and indoor climate of buildings (EPC), safety and health coordination, ventilation reporting. The design team is responsible for: 1. The layout of the complete design (sketch, preliminary design, final design) 2. The preparation of a tender-ready file (plans, bill of quantities,……..) 3. Coordination of the tender procedure for the works: publication, tender and preparation of the award report 4. Obtaining the building permit and other possibly necessary permits 5.Follow-up and coordination of the implementation phase 6.Provisional and final acceptance, follow-up of the warranty period. A detailed description of the tasks of the design team can be found in the standard fee agreement attached to this specifications.
