- Our 12 buildings in the Elizabeth district in Aalst, which we took over in the mid -2024 from WM Stek92 (good for 90 apartments), are currently connected to a Collective Heat Network of the city. Given the outdated pipeline, we wish to disconnect the buildings and a heating system Implement for our own buildings. This must then be linked to a radical energetic renovation.
