- The city of Ghent has a football accommodation on the Standaard Muide site. This is located on Galvestonstraat in Ghent. The assignment must be approached in its entirety. The desired program can be determined as follows:- Realization of an additional artificial grass field for the youth- expansion of the existing dressing room accommodation with 2 extra group dressing rooms and a club room. For this purpose, special attention must be paid to the stability of the existing dressing room building;- optimization of the storage rooms;- Environmental construction: construction of parking and paths;- providing additional measures against noise pollution with regard to local residents- air treatment cafeteria and gathering place/ Storage for waste.
