- Type of contract: This contract is a service contract within the meaning of art. 2, 21° of the law of June 17, 2016 on public procurement. Purpose of services: Appointment of a consultancy company for strategic support for overall financial management. Context: The Brussels-Capital Region wishes to provide Brussels, the European capital, with a cultural center of international level bringing together a Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art as well as an Architecture Center. This cultural center will not, however, house as museum spaces but also multi-purpose cultural spaces, spaces for relaxation and education, spaces for catering, welcoming visitors, mediation and commercial activities. In order to support the management of the spaces and commercial activities of the KANAL Foundation carried out on the site of the cultural center, the latter has created four Agencies: - The Food & Beverage (F&B) Agency (BCE1014.559.919) in charge of the management of the five catering spaces created on the future site of the cultural center (brewery, restaurant, bakery, kiosk and rooftop); - The Experience Agency (BCE 1016.885.246) in charge of reception and mediation staff, management of entry fees to the site, commercial spaces of retail (the shop and the culture market) and editions; - The Hospitality Agency (BCE1016.905.933) in charge of temporary and event rentals of spaces with services; - L'...
