Description:
This Assignment concerns the appointment of a commissioner. The task of the commissioner consists of monitoring the financial situation, the annual accounts, and compliance with the Companies and Associations Code (the CAC) and the statutes of De Werkvennootschap. Currently, De Werkvennootschap has no subsidiaries. However, if one or more subsidiaries are established during the period for which the commissioner is appointed, the commissioner may also be appointed for these companies. The review and control of the annual accounts to be prepared and published by De Werkvennootschap from the financial year 2025 onwards is also part of the commissioner's assignment. The commissioner will also be required to provide an annual explanation to the Board of Directors regarding the financial situation of the company "De Werkvennootschap". Furthermore, all applicable legislation relevant to the requested services within this Assignment is highlighted.
