  • The AZ Jan Portaels is looking for a caterer for the complete management of the central kitchen and the operation of the hospital's visitors restaurant. There is a demand for the shop to be integrated into the visitors' restaurant. The vending equipment is also part of this assignmentht as well as the coffee machines and delivery of coffee for the entire hospital. The management of the central kitchen is carried out by a kitchen manager who will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of hot and cold meals, 7 days a week, so that the requested services can be provided.are met. The floor plans of the kitchen, the associated rooms and the visitors and staff restaurant are attached to the assignment documents regarding the call for applications. AZ Jan Portaels attaches importance to patient satisfaction and therefore wishes to ensure that theinvolving the patient in the choice of his/her meal. To achieve this, the hospital opts for a cold line for the production process for the preparation and distribution of patient meals. This implies the need for additional and strict quality controlsfollow-up of working procedures.
