Description:
The assignment to be carried out concerns a study and design assignment for the energetic renovation and redesign of the municipal banquet hall, including the adjacent building block on the north side, located at Schooldreef 40, 9230 Wetteren. Be in order the following services included: • Measuring the existing condition and preparatory study work; • Drawing up a preliminary design and final design, including estimates, based on a predetermined construction program; • Submitting the environmental permit application (including environmental component) and other necessary permits and permits; • Preparing the detailed implementation file and (technical) tender file; • Providing support with the installation procedure to be carried out the appointment of an executive contractor; • Checking and supervising the execution of the works, including the provisional and final delivery and the final invoice; • The EPB and ventilation reporting, including layout EPC certificate. An important element is that this assignment falls within the ERDF call "Promoting energy efficiency in local infrastructure", and that this also involves specific obligations for the future service provider (see specification paragraph III.3 'Obligations for the contractor in connection with ERDF file').
