The object of the assignment concerns the design as well as the follow -up of the works of the construction of a new youth center for the Olmen district. This youth center will have a combined use by the Chiro van Olmen (Meeting and Spellocalen, ...), Rode Cruis (Stockage, classrooms, etc.), Playground operation (storage, meeting and spell rooms) and music associations (storage and music space with correct acoustics, etc.) The assignment of: • the architectural design. • The stability study. • The study of the technical installations • The study of the environmental construction • the coordination of the studies • The Safety coordination • Delivery of asbuilding plans and evacuation schedules • Drawing up the specifications for the appointment of a contractor • Drawing up a report of the bids for the appointment of the contractor • Following up the work from start to definitive delivery, Including reporting, checking claims, ...
