The city of Tienen wants to realize a (re) new (D) administrative center through a DB (FMOE) assignment in order to obtain a greater certainty about the price that will have to be paid in function of the chosen design and to obtain a realistic estimate of the time in which the construction project can start and be realized. Due to the complexity and very specific working method of such an assignment, the city of Tienen wishes itself during the Allowing the entire process by a team of experts at both technical, legal and financial level that will carry out this assignment in close consultation with the city (and other external advisers).
