- The object of the assignment is to appoint a soil remediation expert.
The assignment includes:
drawing up exploratory soil surveys (OBO);
drawing up descriptive soil surveys (BBO);
drawing up soil remediation projects (BSP), as well as drawing up the tectechnical part of specifications for soil remediation works;
drawing up motivated statements;
clarifying the obligation to investigate soils;
services by recognized soil remediation experts (EBSD): providing assistance in cases of damage (damage cases according to soil decree art. 74 to 82).
