- The assignment includes investigating, designing, tendering and supervising the renovation works of a transition building in Maldegem. The vision and ambitions of the client for this renovation are described in the project definition. The entrepreneur center Meetjesland is a multifunctionalBusiness building. The business spaces are rented to starting and young expansion companies with temporary space in the needs. The entrepreneurial center was expanded in two phases: - Building 1: located at the front of the plot and consisting of three business units (year 2000) - Building 2:behind building 1 and consisting of 4 business units (construction year 2016) The project relates to the renovation of the oldest building 1, designed by architects and engineers Partners NV from Ghent. Pom East Flanders proposes a number of ambitions for the renovation of building 1First: - Giving a renewed "look" to the building - Adjusting the existing space in function of a more flexible layout and use - a minimal environmental impact - technically and financially feasible You will find a complete and detailed description of the project in the project definition(Appendix 4). The project definition includes 2 parts: 1. Description of the project 2. Ambitions This project definition should be considered an integral part of this specifications! A detailed description of the assignment is described in part III technical provisions of the specifications, moredetermined in III.1.1. Object of the assignment. The sections A, B, D and E form the fixed part of the assignment. The section C is a conditional part and will only be ordered if A and B shows that obtaining an environmental permit is legally required.
