The assignment is divided into the following lots
Lot 1: Cleaning in the swimming pool, namely changing rooms, from Monday to Sunday and sanitary facilities of the swimming pool
Plot 2: From Monday to Sunday, follow-up and permanent cleaning of the sports park, namely changing rooms and all sanitary facilities + entrance during the weekend
Framework contract:
An agreement with the aim of determining the conditions for placing orders during a certain period especially as regards prices.
The unit prices are fixed for a certain period (48 months).
So there is no total order amount, only an estimate with probable quantities.
The deliveries may possibly take place at various locations indicated by the board when ordering.
Performances, identical or analogous, may be provided during the validity period of the contract to those described in these specifications, have them carried out by other suppliers.
The framework contract has a maximum purchase value of 900,000 euros excl. VAT over a term of four (4) years (48 months).
