- Kempens Landschap Foundation, in collaboration with the municipality of Rumst (to current needs and available budget). A designer is being sought for the restoration of the farm in function of the present medieval mural (adjacent to the Lazarus Chapel) in the right directionto suffer. Any additional restoration would be that of the Lazarus Chapel itself. The Lazarus Chapel and the Hoeve are protected as a monument from 1981. The entire site of Kapel, Hoeve, the other homes and the land behind the chapel is protected as a city or village view from 1981 and is alsoestablished architectural heritage since 2019. In 2024, Stichting Kempens Landschap concluded a management agreement with the local administration Rumst to restore the farm with mural and possibly an additional restoration (in a later phase) of the Lazarus Chapel.
