Description:
This service assignment includes the following tasks (non-exhaustive): 1. Water management Designing and maximizing softening, buffering and infiltration in accordance with GSV Rainwater and Roeselare regulations, with separate systems and open canals where possible. To finish supply: sewerage plan with calculations, profiles, disconnection note and design choices. 2. Mobility The design guarantees safe, legible and multimodal road design, including adjustments to Rolariusweg and Robaardstraat, with attention to cyclists, pedestrians and access. To be delivered: road plan with profiles, dimensions, sketches and design notes. 3. Greenery and landscape design The design realizes a sustainable greenery and landscape concept with maximum retention of existing valuable greenery and integration of wadis and green zones. To be delivered: green and landscape plan, explanation and maintenance plan. 4. Utilities The design integrates underground cables and pipes in connection with water and green concepts, with coordination and coordination with utility companies. To be delivered: utilities coordination plan with drawings, location plan and technical note. 5. General coordination The designer delivers an integrated and feasible design, including water, mobility, greenery and utilities be coherently integrated.
