• Object of these services: Appointing designer of the De Witte Mol campus. In 1999, De Witte Mol started using 4 semi-detached houses (a total of 8 living groups with 8 bedrooms each) to accommodate approximately 70 care users, all with a high need for support. The buildings are currently insufficiently adapted and future-proof to live in for a long time. In 2004, a studio project was built for 10 people with a NAH (non-congenital disability). In the meantime, their need for care also increased considerably, causing this (then progressive) form of housing is no longer very suitable. In addition, the location of the various buildings in relation to each other is not ideal to promote good cooperation between the different living groups. Given the shortage of personnel it is useful to link homes to each other and possibly share functions, so that staff can respond flexibly to the different living groups.
