• Description:
• The municipality of Pittem wishes to further develop the De Molen sports site, located Egemstraat 47 in 8740 Pittem, by building a new sports hall next to the current sports hall. The municipality of Pittem and Farys would like to be assisted in this project by a design agency to take on the design assignment. The municipality of Pittem has today set an investment budget of €5,000,000 (excl. VAT) for the realization of the new sports hall. This amount forms the financial limit within which the design serves to be developed. The target budget is based on current insights and can be refined during the design process. Any limited deviations can only be accepted if they demonstrably have a substantial added value for the project or are the result of unforeseeable circumstances, and with the prior approval of the client. Substantial exceedances of the anticipated budget are not permitted. The design assignment includes (non-exhaustive): - Creating a optimal match between the specified construction budget of the municipality of Pittem and their desired construction program; - Measuring the site, developing the development plan, the land occupation plan, soil surveys, drainage study and the construction program; - Layout of the preliminary design, the final design with detailed plans, the detailed implementation design and the technical specifications (each with detailed estimates and implementation plans); - Developing an...
