- The Eurohal swimming pool in Zelzate has a 25 meter pool, an instruction pool, a children's pool and a relaxation room located in Oostkade 1a in Zelzate. The three air groups (built in 1997) of the swimming hall and the changing rooms are wish to replace the sustainable use (energetic efficiency) and to guarantee the continuity of the swimming pool. This assignment includes (non -limitative): - renewing the aerial group of the large bath, the recreational pool and the changing rooms; - cleaning existing channels of the large bath, the recreational pool and the changing rooms (according to the plans); - replacing part of the existing channel work (including channels in the swimming pool hall and according to plans); - Placing a new distribution collector CV in the technical room under the recreational pool; - Adjusting/moving a water softener in the technical room under the recreational pool; - Adjusting the ventilation in the fireplace cf. Standardization in the technical room of the large bath; - Insulating the fittings in the fireplace and the existing main collector CV in the technical room of Groot Bad.
