The city of Ghent has a football facility on the Standaard Muide site. This is located on the Galvestonstraat in Ghent. The assignment must be approached in its entirety. The desired program can be aswill be determined as follows: - Realization of an extra artificial grass field for youth. - Expansion of the existing changing room accommodation with 2 extra group changing rooms and a club room. For this, special attention must be paid to the stability of the existing carpetamergebouw.- Optimization of the storage areas.- Surrounding area: construction of car park and paths.- Providing extra measures against noise nuisance for the local residents.- Air treatment cafeteria and collection point/storage for waste.
