- Object of these services: appointing a designer for various infrastructure projects on the territory of the municipality of Wielsbeke in the period 2025-2031
Explanation:
The study assignment is divided into 4 categories of infrastructure projects:
-Multi: large infrastructure projects with subsidies and/or several clients
- Normal: sewerage and/or road projects without a subsidy or environmental permit
-Simple: maintenance/renovation of roads or footpaths without a subsidy or environmental permit
-Creative: emphasis on landscape design or optimum economic solution
The study Per project can consist of the preparation of a feasibility study, the preparation of a design study up to and including the follow -up of the tendering procedure, the supervision of the execution of the works, the disconnection study of the private plots and any additional studies related to the Assignment as described in detail in the technical regulations in this specifications.
The assignment is divided into 3 lots that are in turn divided into various fixed and conditional sub -assignments:
Lot 1: Infrastructure study
• Sub -assignment 1a - fixed part: feasibility study
• sub -assignment 1B - Permanent part: design study up to and including follow -up
of the tendering procedure
• Sub -assignment 1c -Stain section: Guidance of the execution of the works
