The assignment concerns the reorganization (optimization) and expansion of the collective and care support rooms for the existing Windekind daycare center in Heusden-Zolder. added to a total of 99 reception places by 2025. with the completed expansion, which temporarily used one of the older living groups as logistical support rooms. expansion must ensure that the daycare center can function at optimal capacity in the future. discussion rooms, sensory room, offices, logistics space with associated warehouse (kitchen and laundry room) and staff room. reclassification of the existing spaces (ground floor) is 50m2 net and the gross area for expansion (ground floor and/or first floor) is estimated at 235m2. A talking picture was created to support the client's way of thinking. VIPA-subsidies, which takes into account the energetic story of the existing part (to be optimized) and the part to be expanded.
