• 2026/AN/0009 - 1 The current assignment concerns the creation of a master plan, the creation of a design (both exterior and interior) with a detailed price estimate and follow-up of the works until final delivery. Prior to the preparation of a design for 3 centralized group shelters, a master plan must be drawn up. The master plan and the design of the three centralized group shelters on the welfare site must meet the urban development requirements. On an urban planning level (number of floors, occupancy rate, etc.) “good spatial planning” applies. The site is located on the following plots: 1st division, section b, numbers 25/2Y; 25/2M ; 25/2P ; 25/2V ; 25/2X ; 25/R2 ; 25/2H, 25/2K ; 25/2S ; 25/2E; 25/F ; 25/2G; 25/2Z ; 12/F ; 236/A ; 20/C4 and 20/D4 . The plots are located in BPA no. 6 Duinenweg, zoned as community facility zone 5. In the Ostend-Middle Coast regional plan (KB 26/01/1977) the plots are located in a residential area.
