AO 06D20/2025/M035-USUFRUIT OF REAL ESTATE "WAREHOUSE" SPACES FOR THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT IN BRUSSELS
This opinion is intended to inform players in the real estate market as well as any other interested party on the forecast needs of the European Parliament in Brussels by 2026, in application of its real estate policy, and to collect the names of operators likely to be interested in the real estate prospecting procedure.
The European Parliament may then collect one or more negotiated procedures without prior publication of a contract notice, in accordance with with the provisions of point 11.1.g of Annex I to Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2024/2509 of the European Parliament and of the Council of September 23, 2024.
During this negotiation, the pre-equipment and work to be included as part of the usufruct will be determined.
Description of needs:
In order to respond to its storage space needs, the contracting authority is looking for a logistics building to be pre-equipped to be ready for use by the European Parliament.
The building may be part of a real estate complex as long as the part intended for Parliament and the land concerned, are secure and technically independent.
The building or real estate complex on a single site is intended to house storage functions, a reception and office space and a parking area.
