Description:
In the context of the yard, the contracting authority needs extra temporary school infrastructure for the expansion of De Schakel. On the basis of this school infrastructure (also called "functions"), the contracting authority wants to provide this temporary and flexible infrastructure. These functions must be supplied and assembled at Weerstandslaan 141, 2660 Hoboken. Hereby the short description of this assignment: - 2 Lower school classes each of 54m2 (access directly to the outside) - Heating via heat pump - Client provides electrical power supply and data cable - Placement: at the end of October '25 - End: at the end of February '27 The functions must be available quickly and flexibly adjustable and are a pleasant and safe learning and working environment. The contracting authority will rent these functions for an initial period of 16 months. This period is one -off extension with a maximum of 36 months.
