Purpose of the contract
The purpose of this contract is to supply pharmacies at the various sites of the contracting authority with anti-tumor drugs, which can be used orally or injected, in different dosages and galenic forms.

Allotment
The market is divided into lots as follows:
Lot 1Pemetrexed in solution form to dilute for infusion (L01BA04)
Positions: 100 mg/4 ml, 500 mg/20 ml and 1000 mg/40 ml
Lot 2Paclitaxel in the form of powder for dispersion for injection for infusion (L01CD01) in a formulation of nanoparticles linked to albumin
Post: 100 mg
Lot 3Nilotinib orally (L01EA03)
Posts: capsules at 50 mg, 150 mg and 200 mg
Lot 4Axitinib per os (L01EK01)
Items: 1 mg and 5 mg tablets
Lot 5Obinutuzumab in the form of concentrate for infusion (L01FA03)
Bidders will not be able to in propose an improvement of the offer, nor an additional discount in the event of submission of 2 or more lots.
