- Within the SPRB, the current multi -year budget and staff planning process is fragmented and non -standardized. Each administration uses its own working tools and methods. The data is exported to Excel files, adapted to the expected structure and loaded in different tools, which creates confusion as to the source of forecasts and simulations. This mission aims to examine how to develop a uniform working method and what tools would be appropriate for this purpose. The study focuses on three cases of representatives involving four administrations: Brussels Synergie, Finance and Budget, Local Powers and Connect IT. The results of this study will lead to a recommendation concerning L-Organization to be implemented, the knowledge necessary to acquire as well as the support tools, which will be implemented in a later phase. The mission will also have to provide information on d-investment and operating budgets to be expected.
