An agreement with a single company for the repair and renewal of electrical installations in the housing of the Central Social and Cultural Action Office of the Ministry of Defense in Peer and Eksel (Lot 1) and Helchteren, Zonhoven, Duras, Berg and Brustem (Lot 2).
This marketrelates to a framework agreement with a single company for the repair and renovation of electrical installations in the housing of the central and cultural action service of the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter called "OCASC") in Limburg, divided into two lots (Lot 1 toPeer and Eksel and Lot 2 in Zonhoven, Helchteren, Duras, Berg and Brustem). This is a one -year contract with an annual possibility of extending the contract tacitly under the same conditions and at most three times (see point 2.5 of the specifications). Attention ! The market does not wearOnly on complete housing, but especially on small repairs which do not give entitlement to the centralization of markets in a greater quantity. The lots are evaluated separately. The offers are compared by lot and attributed to the one that is best classified for this lot on thebase of the offer for the batch concerned. The maximum possible market value is € 60,000 over 4 years for lot 1 and € 60,000 over 4 years for lot 2. The market ends automatically either when this amount is reached, or at the expiration of the last possible extension
