Description:
Tenders are invited for AMC Operator Tasks ECHNICAL CAPACITY CRITERIA The tenderer shall be ANSP(s) of EUROCONTROL member states. The tenderer shall demonstrate in the tender to have minimum 3 years of experience in operation of AFTN systems connected to global network. The tenderer shall demonstrate to have minimum 3 years of experience in operation of AMHS systems connected to global network. The tenderer shall demonstrate using AMC service as Cooperating COM Centre (CCC) for minimum 3 years TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT CRITERIA Understanding of the dependencies and deliverables defined within Section 4.2 of the AMC Technical Specification Quality and clarity of offer (i.e. structure, coherence, completeness, interpretation and written presentation) Meet CfT requirements as defined in Section 4.1 of the AMCTechnical Specification Previous experience of the company to deliver similar tasks/projects AMC Operators shall have successfully completed at least higher secondary education AMC Operators shall have an excellent knowledge of English (written / oral) AMC Operators shall have technical knowledge on AFTN/CIDIN/AMHS protocols and procedures listed within EUR AMHS Manual (ICAO EUR Doc 020). AMC Operators shall have technical knowledge on AMC and EDS as per ATS Messaging Management Manual (ICAO EUR Doc 021). AMC Operators shall have technical knowledge of IP networks and applications like AIS, OPMET ATFM. AMC Operators shall have minimum 3 years of operational experience on effective use of all AMC Functions and Procedures AMC Operators shall have minimum 3 years of operational experience in AFTN/CIDIN/AMHS network AMC Operators shall have minimum 2 year of experience on EDS AMC Operators shall have strong communication (oral and written English), presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relations with the AMC/EDS users AMC Operators shall have experience in use of MS Office Applications and World Wide Web
