- The concession for the operation of a beach bar with appurtenances in a building under the Zeedijk, near the underground garages 56 to 61 under the Albert-I-Promenade in 8400 Ostend with the present terrace for a period of 6 years. The candidate concession holder must pay an annual concession fee of at least € 12,000.00 (including VAT) to the city, which is indexed annually to the consumption price index. In addition, the concessionaire must take over the operating material as included in Annex B from the previous concessionaire under the conditions that are further determined in this specifications. This takeover price must be paid once to the previous concessionaire, regardless of the annual concession fee to the city. The current concessionaire has also placed a stainless steel kitchen and cupboards in the beach bar. However, these are not part of current concession.
