Description:
The purpose of the market aims to meet Wallonia's objective of highlighting and publicizing concrete actions to put Walloons in the saddle and encourage them to adopt the bicycle as a means of transport. It is about raising awareness, convincing, reassuring, educating the publicbles identified in the technical clauses. This contract concerns on the one hand the promotion of the cycling policy of the Walloon Region, carried out by itself as well as its partners, the image of the utility bicycle and the cycling infrastructures subsidized by the Walloon Region and, hason the other hand, on the implementation of awareness-raising actions with the objective of getting into the saddle and modal shift. To do this, the work to be undertaken will include 3 missions: • Mission 1: Development of bicycle brand image and development of specific communication campaigns • Mission 2: Three communication campaigns • Mission 3: Development and dissemination of information and user mobilization tools. The services described above are not exhaustive, the details of the services are included in the technical clauses and the inventory annexed to this notebook.special charges. The duration of the contract is 1 year.
