- Brussels Airport Company wishes to grant an assignment to insurers who will take out insurance policies to insure its civil liability arising from the exploitation of airport installations, including civil liability in the context ofwar and terrorism. This assignment consists of 2 plots: plot 1: the insurance of civil liability arising from the activities as an airport owner and operator according to the standard polytype "Aool" with a limit of USD 1.2 billion, including insurance of theCivil liability War and Terrorism according to the standard polytype "AVN52G" with a limit of USD 150 million. Plot 2: The Civil Liability Insurance War and Terrorism according to the standard Polistype "AVN52G" with a limit of USD 850 million, on top of the limitof USD 150 million in the insurance stated in parcel 1. The applications for participation can be submitted as a leading insurer or as a co -insurer. Every candidate leading insurer is also deemed to submit his candidacy as a co -insurer, unless he explicitly excludes thisIn his application for participation.
